Void bets are refunded at the original stake.
6.5 Manifest Errors: Where hs555 has published odds that are clearly erroneous — including pricing errors caused by technical malfunction or human error — hs555 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds regardless of whether the bet has already been settled, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit hs555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.5 hs555's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 hs555 may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player; or (e) any other circumstance in which hs555 determines that continued account operation poses an unacceptable risk.
11.2 Upon account closure for cause, hs555 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds are legitimately owned by the player and no prohibited conduct is established, the balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
